Women welcome Religious Topics more than Men
The Deputy for Women and Family Affairs of the presidency said: women have always been more interested in educational and cultural topics than men, especially in religious matters, women show more acceptance and this issue should be welcomed.
Tehran: International Holy Quran Fair; Ensieh Khazali, the Deputy for Women and Family Affairs, visited different sections of the 30th International Holy Quran fair and listened to the song "Missing Shahadat" by the " Ashuraie Youth Varamin" group under the leadership of Mohsen Ahmadipooya in the Social-Cultural Assistant Department of Tehran Municipality. On the sidelines of visiting the Quran exhibition, she explained the reason why there are more women than men among the visitors of the Quran fair and added: "Women have always been more interested in educational and cultural issues than men." Especially in religious matters, women show more acceptance and this issue should be welcomed.
Khazali continued: women are the axis of the family, therefore, the ground should be provided for their activity and better use of the Quran fair.
She also noted: I think that women have a special devotion to cultural issues, it is one of the examples of the manifestation of God's mercy in women.
30th edition of the International Holy Quran fair will be held from April 1 to 15 with the slogan "I call you" in Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla in Tehran. Visiting time of this fair will be from 17:00 to 24:00.
