“We are in dire need of a new revolution in the realm of presenting and publishing distinguished works in the world’s living languages,” he said on Tuesday.

Esmaeili made the statements while addressing a ceremony to unveil Persian translations of four books written by Lebanese Christian scholar and author Michel Kaadi at the 31st International Holy Quran Fair.

“I’m delighted that we’ve been blessed with the opportunity to embark on this crucial task of translating the works of esteemed non-Muslim scholars about the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them),” he said.

Hailing the works of Professor Michel Kaadi, Esmaeili said that despite his advanced age, he has made his seventh journey from Lebanon to Iran.

“When pure hearts are exposed to the love of the Ahl al-Bayt, they themselves become remarkable narrators of virtues,” he said.

“We need to showcase our significant ritual elements with a civilizational perspective in recent times,” the minister said, adding, the clearer these elements are presented, the more hearts they will captivate.

Just last night, Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, while discussing the Gaza issue, emphasized that our poets’ works should be translated into various languages, particularly Arabic, he said, adding that poetry and literature serve as the most expressive language and the most potent medium for conveying ideas.

“At the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, we are fully prepared to welcome innovative proposals and serve the cultural community of our country,” he said.

“From this platform, I wish to express the readiness of our ministry in all sectors to undertake creative projects and promote Iranian Islamic culture and civilization. I invite thinkers both domestically and internationally, and those passionate about culture from all corners of the world, to join us in this endeavor,” he added.  

The 31st International Holy Quran Fair opened its doors at Tehran's Imam Khomeini Mosalla on March 20, welcoming visitors to a spiritual and cultural journey that coincides with the Nowruz holidays.

The exhibition, which will run until April 2, invites enthusiasts to explore its offerings daily from 5:00 PM to 00:30 AM local time.

A key highlight of the exhibition is its family-friendly atmosphere, ensuring a welcoming space for all ages.

Additionally, the fair has arranged for Iftar tables to be set up, providing a communal space for visitors to break their fast.

The fair features various Quranic institutions and governmental bodies, as well as international participants from 25 countries. The also highlights the issues of Gaza and Palestine and the role of the Quran in inspiring resistance.

The fair aims to familiarize people with Quranic concepts through artistic, cultural, and theatrical mediums, especially for children and teenagers. It also offers sections on artificial intelligence, Nahj al-Balaghah, Quranic research and consultation, Quran translation, and easy Quran memorization.
